Spirited Garden (생각하는 정원)

This garden was created by a single man with a dream: to turn a wasteland into a beautiful garden.

In 1963, Seong Bum-Young Sung started his mission and went through what seemed to be endless trials and errors, but still succeeded to create one of the most gorgeous Garden of Jeju, if not South Korea. 

Home to the largest artificial waterfalls in Jeju, the garden currently displays more than 400 trees, various stone towers, and stone walls. This garden is unique as it inspires and leads to contemplation.
