Geumsan-sa Temple is a traditional temple which is over 1400 years history. This is one of the most important Buddhist monasteries in the Honam region and a literal treasure trove of Korean cultural properties.

Geumsansa  means Gold Mountain Temple. It’s technically located between the cities of Jeonju and Gimje the slopes of Moaksan mountain (모악산).

Founded over 14 centuries years ago during the first year of Baekje Kingdom.
