  • It is the Seoul branch of ‘Saembat Makguksu’ in Chuncheon carried on for three generations. With a soft and chewy texture, noodles are all hand-made and include 80% of buckwheat. Gamja-jeon (potato pancake; 감자전) and Bossam (napa wraps with pork, 보쌈) are also recommended.
