  • Imun Seollongtang is a family affair: opened in 1907, the seolleongtang (ox bone soup) restaurant was passed down from one generation to the next for more than one hundred years.

    To this day, it still honors the traditional recipe of seolleongtang, boiling the bones for 15 hours until the broth turns rich and opaque. The soup is served with other tasty side dishes.
